Motherhood is a time of massive transformation - it challenges us to grow and change - to learn more about ourselves -  who we are as women and as mothers.

I have been a mother for over 20 years and in this time, I have learned that one of the most important things we can be as mothers, is EMPOWERED.

As mothers, we are always seeking to learn and understand our children better. When we are empowered by knowledge, skills and confidence, we trust that we are making the best decisions for our family.

I am a Degree Qualified Nutritionist and the focus of my clinical work is with mums and their little ones.

After struggling for years with postnatal depression and anxiety, weight gain and fatigue, I decided it was time to take a different path. 

My path was to study the human body and how the foods we eat, our genetics and environment affect our health and wellbeing and those of our children.

For as long as I can remember, I have looked after people. It took me a while to really value this as a strength as it is so often not valued in our society. 

I believe that the best way to care for our children, is to nurture their mothers. 

I have spent 20 years nurturing my own family and it is now my greatest joy and privilege to support so many more mothers to nurture theirs.

I love to research and learn new things. I delve in deeply when I feel called to really understand something. 

But while I love to know the ins and out of things like nutritional biochemistry, I know that not everyone holds this passion.

So I take evidence-based research & complex theory and interpret it in a way that makes it easy to understand and put into action (I've been told this is my super power...).

Motherhood can be overwhelming. The responsibility, the mental load, the sheer number of things we need to learn about and get done.

As a practitioner, my role is not simply to educate, but to guide you. This might look like helping you to create healthy boundaries, encouraging you through challenging times, offering ways to manage stress and overwhelm, or to become your and your children's health advocate.

I provide a safe space for connection and honest communication for mothers who are in need of this guidance and support.
